How to cancel your account

• Log in to your account

You will be taken to the Activation screen given below.

• Click on the My Account link

• On the Mclass="body-txt"y Account screen, click on Close as shown below.

• On the next screen, click on the link Cancel Membership.

• This will display the Cancel Membership button as below. Click on this button and press OK.

• On the next screen, choose a reason for cancelling the service. Click on Complete cancellation to cancel your membership. Your account will be cancelled immediately.
